So the positives about this brush is that the brush itself is very soft, and very pleasant to the touch. The slide that pulls over the bristles allow for easy capping. All that is great, and deserving of a 5 star, except for one major issue. It doesn't dispense the powder. I tried to figure out why it would not, and I believe I discovered the problem. The bristles are simply too many, and the powder cannot get through. Thus, the powder is stuck in the base. I tested this by separating the bristles with my fingers, and then pressing down on the pump, and sure enough, powder came out very nicely, just like in the video. Upon releasing the bristles to normal, nada. Would probably need to remove a few of the central bristles in order to get this brush to work properly. Even though it is a nice brush, it was not able to function for the purpose it was bought, thus it was returned, and I was forced to give it a 1 star. I do not recommend.
